Welcome to CVN, LLC (“CVN,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website and services (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.



1) Eligibility (18+ Only)



By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly sell to minors.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.



3) Products & Content



Our products are intended for adult use. Product descriptions, images, and content are provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to update product information, availability, and pricing at any time without notice.



4) Orders, Pricing & Payment



All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by mistakes.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (such as PayPal and/or Shopify’s payment partners). We do not store full payment card details.



5) Shipping & Delivery



  • Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping applies to eligible orders $99+ (when offered and applicable).
  • Orders typically process within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Tracking is provided when available; tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
    Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.



Discreet Shipping: Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Billing statements will not include explicit product details.



6) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (All Sales Final)



Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.


Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@cvnllc.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (item + packaging if applicable). After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit.



7) Order Changes & Cancellations



Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel. If you need help, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist before shipment (not guaranteed).



8) Prohibited Use



You agree not to:


  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Site
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten others




9) Intellectual Property



All Site content (logos, graphics, text, product images, and design) is owned by CVN or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CVN and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.



13) Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site.
