Refund Policy (CVN, LLC)
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will help resolve it. Please contact support@cvnllc.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel or change it. If you made an error, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before it ships (not guaranteed).
