Order Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
At this time, we’re unable to modify existing orders. If you’d like to add items, please place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel. If you made an error, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before it ships (not guaranteed).
Discreet Shipping + Packaging
Will my package be discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Billing statements will not describe product details.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders $99+.
When will I receive tracking?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to begin showing movement.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated transit times may be shown at checkout when available. Please note that carrier delays can occur and are outside of our control.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some items may ship separately due to supplier location or packaging requirements. If your order is split, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers as they become available.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll help. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

We accept secure checkout through PayPal, including major cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard. You can also check out as a guest without needing a PayPal account.
