Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Billing statements will not include explicit product details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders $99+.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated transit times may be shown at checkout when available. Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages due to supplier location or packaging requirements. If your order ships separately, you will receive separate tracking numbers as they become available.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs may apply.
